Climate change, pollution, the climate crisis, loss of biodiversity in our ecosystems, the lack of public policies in favor of environmental rights, and the lack of support for environmentalists defending these rights represent some of the greatest threats to the future of new generations.<\/p><p>Human rights and the right to a healthy environment are inseparable, especially when we consider the direct impact that environmental degradation has on the lives, health, and opportunities of children and adolescents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b001ca1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b001ca1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a50a62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2a50a62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Why is it important?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e18a68 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e18a68\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Climate change and its effects, such as global warming, pollution, and ecosystem destruction, affect everyone, but it is girls, boys, and adolescents who face the most severe consequences. Natural disasters, water scarcity, food insecurity, and loss of biodiversity are some of the challenges that hinder the fulfillment of fundamental rights for children and adolescents.
